Bielleicht, weil es so mittelmäßig furchtbar ist ? Völlig zu Unrecht gehypt

I don't know why it tugs at the heart strings so. Such a great tune though!

it's on her new album that will be out in November/December. the first single and only pre-release track is called "So Sick Of Dreaming" and will be out at the end of September. so you'll have to wait until the album drops to stream this one.

@@taylorh4480 That's awesome news! Do you know for sure or are you just guessing? If so, how do you know? Just curious as I'm definitely highly anticipating these releases.

I keep waiting to see if I can buy it, because that way the artist actually gets a decent return unlike Spotify streams which amount to a pittance.
@stephenraynes21489 ай бұрын
@taylorh4480 this is a guess. And not a great one. 'So sick of dreaming' will not be the first single. It's likely this song, or The Kill. No single end of September, the single is end of Oct/early Nov with the album out shortly after before Christmas.

You are one of several artists out now that should be as big as Taylor Swift right now. This song has hit written all over it. That said I imagine it with thick harmonies. Horses from the previous album should have been a top 10 and this is just as good.

maggie rigers is one of the few truly great artists that deserve their popularity (alongside really only taylor swift, beyonce, and renee rapp)

My friend Sally's getting married And to me that sounds so scary I'm still tryin' to clean up my side of the street Can't imagine what would happen 'Cause I'm still acting out of habit Hoping dirty words just don't escape my teeth Oh, but every time I try just a little Promise that I'll meet in the middle Always find my way back to my feet So close the door and change the channel Give me something I can handle A good lover or someone that's nice to me Take my money, wreck my Sundays Love me 'til your next somebody Oh, but promise me that when it's time to leave Don't forget me Don't forget me My friend Molly's got a guy, she Swears to God could be her family Says he's got the greenest eyes you've ever seen But it's crazy all the days she spends Just following him to parties She seems happy, oh, but that's not love to me Oh, but every time I try just a little Promise that I'll meet in the middle I always find my way back to my feet So close the door and change the channel Give me something I can handle A good lover or someone who's nice to me Take my money, wreck my Sundays Love me 'til your next somebody Oh, and promise me that when it's time to leave Don't forget me Don't forget me And maybe I'm dead wrong Maybe I was bitter from the winter all along Maybe there's a stranger standing, holding out For love, just waiting on the next street Just for me Oh, just for me So close the door and change the channel Give me something I can handle A good lover, someone who's nice to me Take my money, wreck my Sundays Love me 'til your next somebody Oh, but promise me that when it's time to leave Oh, won't you promise me that when it's time to leave Don't forget me Don't forget me🥰
