guyssss, read fast like a girl by dr mindy. It talks about fasting within your cycle and when is the best time and why this phase of cycle would be better than others. BUT, not only does it talk about fasting, but it really talks about your cycle and how we tend not to be so hungry during our periods (day 1 -10, first day being when you bleed) because were high on estrogen, then day 21-28, or a week before your period, we tend to get more hungry because were higher on progesterone, and how our body naturally burns a little more calories during this phase, and which is the worst time to fast because our cortisol is higher, so we don't want to stress our bodies since were naturally more hungry this week. Also another good reason to eat good carbs, and reduce caffeine intake, which in return will help with bloating (caffeine can cause bloating) Anyways pls buy the book, because sometimes i forget certain information and i will go back and just look at the page and re-read the info again. Must read guys, i feel like im so in tune with my cycle more, way more aware of each phase and the food i consume/exercise. yea go read it haha

I’m not from the US so I’m not sure what the situation is like there…but in my country we have consumer laws which protect you from situations like these. You don’t even have to pay return shipping if you’ve been sent the WRONG product!! I’m so sorry that was your experience. Although I’d definitely look into their terms and conditions to make sure your rights as a consumer have been respected

About your cycle… find a chiropractor you can go to who can do this block technique the week before you start your cycle. I swear it works! I was less moody and then had less cramping during.
