Depending on the type and who installs your extensions, they’re not bad for your hair. If anything it’s good! I got hand sewn extensions this summer and I’m never looking back, it’s helped my hair stop shedding, my hair still grows, and I feel so much more confident because I have naturally thin and fine hair

Maggie get an immersion blender you don’t need the vitamix attachment! It goes right in the pot so you don’t need to transfer hot soup or sauce to a blender. The kitchenaid one is life changing

recipe 2 pints of cherry tomatoes 9 large tomatoes shallot garlic head handful of basil drizzle of olive oil pinch of salt place everything in a pot to roast in the oven for 30 min at 480 degrees finally, pour into a blend and mix

I usually put my Christmas tree in the family room, you could put it near the dining table, or you could put your Christmas tree in the basement that provides plenty of space for it! I hope my ideas helps you give a jist of where to put your tree. You're welcome!

Permanent hair extensions won’t ruin your hair unless you don’t take proper care of them. 100% stay away from tape ins those are awful for your hair! I recommend sew in or k tips!

DO NOT NOT NOT GET IBE. looks so cute but focus on the natural growth of ur hair. They have to cut ur natural hair to flow with the extensions everytime. It ends up making ur natural hair stringy and having to cut tons off when u finally get them out!!!

I had tape ins and they probably weren’t installed 100% perfectly, I’m on month 2 of no extensions after a year of them and I’m into the natural hair care vibe it’s just overall better (less anxiety over something so silly like my hair too)
