You might not understand men with this comment unless it was tongue in cheek… men who were created a certain way need a release to keep from acting on certain instincts. A lot of these guys if they didn’t have an avenue for release like in music weather it’s listening to or performing this energy would come out differently if they weren’t able to release it through art… musical, theatrical, metaphorical, story telling or sports… men are created differently that women and it’s not toxic! It’s natural. If we didn’t have a method to release this there would be a whole lot more actual violence not “verbal violence whatever that is”. Ever heard a guy say to a buddy “let’s drink beer and tell each other lies about ourselves”? Or something like that? There’s a reason. A lot of them thrive on exaggerating experiences, talking tough, acting tough. Most men that will speak up bluntly and say what’s in their head don’t act on the evil that’s in there… it’s the ones that don’t talk about it and are cowards that actually act out on the shit in their head! Might not make sense but it’s nature. You F with nature and shame positive release, you’re bound to get a whole lot more people hurt.
