When will the duel matching glitch be fixed? It's been weeks since I could duel with real players? Do you know something about this?

I’m not sure. I’ve seen A LOT of people having this issue and all I’ve seen in regards to it getting fixed is that customer service did respond to someone; saying they know about it and are working on it. No timeline though, unfortunately. I can imagine how frustrating this is for everyone with the glitch that can’t duel
