I saw a recipe for these that came up in the side bar. The cook put the condensed milk on the top. It made sense to me to do that. The condensed milk sinks down through the layers and holds everything together. I make a pecan dream bars that calls for the condensed milk to be put on the top. It's good!

Oh yes ! I love these! A favorite. I love the butterscotch and coconut.I like mine plumb full of coconut! Lol! The nuts, milk chocolate chips all kinds of goodness. I want to try this with peanut butter morsels.
