Magic Crystal Healing Sound Bath (Meditation, Sleep, ASMR)
What are Sound Baths?
Sound baths are deeply restorative, healing, and calming. The sounds of the bowls can allow you to go deeper into meditation, to take away anxiety and depression, and to cleanse your chakra and aura.
As you allow yourself to relax, bring your mind to the breath and the sounds of the instruments. If your mind starts to wander, gently come back to the breath. It’s ok if your mind wanders, it is natural. Go easy on yourself. Everything is happening as it should.
Why do I feel different after listening?
Sound healing is a form of vibrational healing.
Our body is 60% of water. As I play the bowls, the water in your body is vibrating. The chemistry of your body is changing. The vibrations in the pure sound of the bowls are raising the vibrations in your body.
Make sure to drink lots of water. You need to cleanse your body of anything that doesnt serve you.
Crystal sound healing has the ability to heal those with anxiety, depression, and trauma. This video may affect you on a deep level. Be gentle with yourself. If you feel emotions coming up, allow them to arise. Release. Allow yourself to cry. It is all part of the healing process. It also may help to journal about what you are feeling and releasing.
Why are you making this video?
I fell in love with the sound of the crystal singing bowls about a year ago and have recently begun giving sound baths.
I have noticed immense changes in myself after playing and listening to crystal healing bowls. I felt extremely called to share this healing with all of you. Part of me is nervous to venture so out of the norm of my typical content, but I know this will help so many people and that it is part of my purpose and my path.

I hope and pray you learn to embrace your imperfections. I have had chronic, cystic acne my entire life (40+ years), and while it is painful, it is a part of me I have embraced. Take could, healthy care of yourself, and I pray you realize you are more than your acne. It will happen before prom, on the morning of pictire day, before your wedding and during your honeymoon, and all other life events, but I gaurantee NO ONE notices it as much as you. Your friends and family love you exactly as you are, and they don't care. Be healthy and well.
