For people who watched early Pokemon anime, the protagonists regularly ate onigiri. Due to translation choices, the protagonists didn’t call them onigiri, they called them doughnuts. Similar to 3- corner kimbap/ 삼각김밥. Although it’s a fresh item, it does keep the dried seaweed from moist rice until you pull a couple of tabs, the package comes away, and you have a simple snack. Clever packaging and good too, as long as you can figure out what’s in them. I had a painfully spicy one when I couldn’t read Korean. 🌶 I think you can buy just the packaging to make your own.

Hey Emmy, since I haven't seen anyone mention it yet, be careful of Betterhelp. They're really shady. Some counselors are fine, but as a service, they're really questionable. For example, their Terms of service state that BetterHelp doesn't guarantee that their employees are real therapists. Another one is that they get paid by the amount of words they type - so their is a lot of churning that happens and you don't really feel listened to. They also keep and sell confidential data: they track demographics, mouse movements and other "personal info" - this would not fly in face to face counselling. The most dodgy thing though is that they advertise as being a cheaper alternative to therapy, but then in the disclaimer state that the service is not a replacement for actual therapy....

Emmy! I have the BEST recipe I found online for blueberry muffins recommended to me by a friend! I made it yesterday and oh my gosh it’s soooo good! And easy!!! I made it in a rectangular cake pan but you can also of course do it in a traditional muffin pan! 🧁
