I love this show. I marched future corps in orlando for 10 years and would have loved to play this music and show. The show comes across great on video, i wish i could have seen and heard the show live.

Yes, Tom Float was a percussion consultant for us. That was one of his contributions to the show.

They did have it a lot easier as far as choreography was concerned. Weather wasn't too bad though. Southern California weather was a lot more forgiving then Florida weather.

I'd have to say that the percussion players have it made. They don't have to learn all of the complicated dance steps while playing and sweating in the Florida heat.

Uhhh, is that all they got?? Really?? The Future Corps that played at Epcot would have run circles around the Magic Kingdom Korps... A corps is only as good as their lead Soprano, and the Magic Kingdom Korps lead Soprano couldn't get a job at Epcot as anything, much less with the Future Corps!!!

I know your comment is eight years old, but I should point out that they were on a TINY stage that raises/lowers from underground. Their movements were limited. Look up other videos from the Magic Kingdom Korps to compare with Future Corps (I;m not saying Disneyland's was better, but that they were basically the same act and in this case movement was limited for Disneyland's group). Given the space (either in front of the old Mission to Mars building or in front of the castle), and you'll see that they were definitely on par with Walt Disney World's group. I worked at Disneyland when Magic Kingdom Korps was performing, and it was a joy any time I got to work in an area where they were performing. We may work while others play, but sometimes our job is slow and it's nice to just enjoy the entertainment in our area while we're not actively helping guests. And I certainly enjoyed this group. They were a highlight of my workweek if I was working somewhere where they were playing music.
