Layout 3 but with the solid centre blocks only. You have inspired me to checkout paper tapes using solid fabrics. I certainly have enough of solid scraps at hand. Thank you Pola! I'm just wondering here if the centre rectangles would better if slightly different size and/or made wonky before the first layer of strips are added (?)
