Do not eat Rice , Wheat, Maida, Sugar, Milk and all the processed foods. Eat only the five positive millets. Use only bull driven oils. Soak yourself in sunshine and increase your Vitamin D levels naturally. Do not eat expensive and exotic fruits , dry fruits and nuts. Eat local fruits.

​@@bharatibisht9390 Use any of the five positive millets in turns of two to three days and rotate all the millets. Soak the millets for eight hours . Cook it with a ratio of 1 part of Millet and 10 parts of water . Preferably in an earthen pot / utensils ( Fifteen to twenty minutes of cooking time ) After cooking the above , cover the utensil with a Muslin or Khadi cloth and allow it to ferment for six to eight hours. It's ready to be eaten ( slurp it with the water in it ) after six to eight hours directly with a choice of your pickle or curry or curd . Note :- It must not be heated .

Khada is a simple recipe which can be made at your home using Green Coriander, Curry leaves, Mango leaves , Guava leaves etc. No need to buy them. Go out for walks and pluck them from the roadside. Take permission if the plants are in your neighborhood. No one will object for few leaves they may object of you pluck the fruits.

Did you stop eating , Rice Wheat, Maida , Sugar, Milk and processed foods ? Follow the protocol for life.
