I immediately thought of a few upcoming events where this would fit into nicely! I went over to Arcane Arts and not only purchase ‘Ice Breaker,’ but two additional products as well! Looks like a treasure-trove of clever mentalism over there! As always, a fantastic review, David! Let me just add here that your reviews have both occasionally saved me money as well as turned me on to some great products, greatly reducing wasted money, (and tricks collecting dust), and providing me items that enhance and strengthen my performances. I’m not spending any less money on magic, for sure…but these reviews help me hone in on the ‘good stuff’ so that I’m investing my money in the right things! I appreciate you, David!

Great review. I’ve been using this more many years to great effect. My only nit with it is the very small font size on the side of the card with the 20-23 options listed. I wish there were fewer options (15-20 would be plenty) to allow for a slightly larger font. I realize that the performer doesn’t need to read this side during performance but it would help spectators who are around my age to read from the list more easily. Otherwise, the effect is very strong and versatile as you point out. Highly recommended.

I held off on purchasing this for a long time, but I finally bit the bullet and I’m very glad I did. You could be performing it in minutes and yet no one will ever figure it out. It would be good as an opening effect or even somewhere in the middle. This should be performed for people who you do not know. If you know the people, they will think that you somehow found out the information. I think that anyone who is an MC could get a great deal out of this as well as anyone who does presentations for strangers. I could see this playing very well in the corporate world. People like effects that are about them and this one fits the bill. You might have to explain to people that everywhere else in the English speaking world they use the word maths. This is not a big deal because if they google it, they will find out that it is true. To be clear, it does not use a stack, the cards are not marked and there is absolutely no math. Get it and start performing it before other people in your area do.
