Hi David, is this as good as Proteus? If I bought Proteus would it be much beneficial on getting Sybil?

Proteus is like a diet version of Train Tracking by Atlas Brookings. That being said, Train Tracking isn't available anymore so Proteus is the best you'll get if you want impromptu mind-reading. Get it with the added notes if you can because the supplemental material is really necessary to make Proteus pop.
