I really enjoy watching Peter Turner perform. His methods are finely tuned and his banter is spot on. But I find his style is generally so bold and confident that maybe it's difficult to get the same kind of impact.

Nice work. One down, 11 to go! Love Pete's stuff and like you say, he is very good at taking old principles and making them his own. In one of the DVDs I own he talks about how he still uses Annemann's Practical Mental Effects as inspiration for his material.

Great review. I'm sure that these effects are great. I love easy tricks. I just have a problem with Peter Turner. Not his teachings or effects. They are very good. I just can't get past the tattoos. I find them too distracting. Many young magicians seem to like them very much. Not me. I'm just an old fart.
