I have an abu veritas spinning rod its a great rod. Rod butt is a little long which messes with my accuracy but it helps with some leverage on hook sets. Maybe he just picked up those rods for New York, but a sponsorship would be cool too!

You are kidding me. I have never been very fond of the catch photo release format for this very reason. It is a bit of a nightmare. You would think there would be something built in to the app that would confirm receipt. Years ago when we fished Plastic Navy saltwater bass tournaments in SoCal, we would have live wells and at times there were weigh in boats in different areas that you could contact via radio, locate and coordinate weighing the fish out in the water. Although a bit cumbersome and more costly to the organizers, it eliminated the glitch monster you just experienced. I would be pulling my hair out and cursing up a blue streak. You will tell us where your score would have put you right?? Thanks so very much for sharing that. What a day!!!!!! Congratulations are in order. Pass the Sierra Nevada please.........

Dude almost shed a tear for you when you showed the results not a high pay out missed but still hurts when you know you had the fish to make the payout. I missed weigh in once due to us fishing on the Alabama Georgia line phone switched over to bama time missed weigh in by a hour and thing that made me mad was I had not caught a fish since lunch time. And I had 5lbs more then the winning bag.

Great video! Greg, you have to get a Garmin Livescope. Not only can you hunt specific fish with it but the most valuable thing I think it does is to allow my to watch fishes reactions as they follow the lure and how many just follow and don’t hit it. Then, make a quick switch in retrieve or lure and you can sometimes get them bite. Again great video and looking forward to more of them.
