Apparently the SHPC is specifically way more powerful on the world seed they are playing on as a easter egg

They aren't playing on getfixedboi, you can tell because it's obvious. The reason the weapon is like that is because of calamity overhaul, and they got it from the planetoid lab. In normal calamity it's a hard mode weapon on every seed, and it's only because of overhaul that they have it.
