Who is a best? Magical Drop 3 or Magical Drop F?

Magical Drop 3, you can play with 23 characters (8 or 10 of them are unlockable), plus it has a better feeling, and faster playing Vs CPU option. F changed the artstyle MD 2 and 3 had, really caught me offguard the first time I played it. MDF has a little quest mode you can play, but it isn't really that special. And certain versions of MD3 on PS1 come with a bonus disc (the Japanese version is called Magical Drop III Plus Wonderful) that has the original arcade Magical Drop on it.
