A long time ago, the Subcontinent India was divided into Sindh and Hind, which were two brothers, as written in the ancient mythology of India and later on , both civilizations divided at the boundary of the Indus river.

You have done a confusion. You are saying what instead of/without who. What: If you are asking what,then Sindh is the province of pakistan. It has subdivisions too. It is directly beside the river Sindhu or Latinised 'Indus', from where it got it name from. It is also from where the Indus Valley Civilisation began as well as Hinduism. 'Hind or Hindi' and Hindustan, these words are related by the way.Some people say the word Hind from Sanskrit was called by the Persians when they used to called the people who lived beyond the river Indus,used the word 'Hind' instead of 'Sindh' but it is also used to refer to Hindus too. Who: Sindh and Hind where brothers who settled in the region of Sindh and Hindustan respectively. Sindh had sons who had the names of the modern day cities of Tatta and Multan and others. Hind had sons named Purib (Puri),Bang(Bengal) , Dakkan(Dhaka), Nerwaal(Narwal). To Dakkan were born Marhat,Conher,Tiling. To Nerwaal were born Beroj,Cambaj,Malraj. To Bang was born many and among them Vishnu from who came Brahma of the Hindus. To Purib were born 42 children one of whom was Krishen and his son Maraj(Maharaj) founded the first Indian kingdom called Marages.

To answer your question about whether Sindh in general: Sindh is the second-largest province of Pakistan (after Punjab) and Sindhis make the third largest ethnic group in Pakistan (after Punjabis & Pashtuns/Pathans). So it's not a small community, but Sindhi music is not as widespread as Urdu or Punjabi. Sindh is also home to Karachi, Pakistan's largest city. But the city's demographic is not predominantly Sindhi. Hence why the people of Karachi sometimes don't know much about Sindh or Sindhi culture except some major cities. Karachi is Sindh's capital, but is situated at the coast at the southern edge of the province, which is why some people in the video are referring to it as "interior Sindh." That's typically how many people in Karachi refer to the rest of the province where Sindhi culture thrives. Sindh has a long and rich history & culture, going all the way back to the Indus Valley Civilisation. It's also one of the first parts of historical "Hind" that came under Islamic influence. Parts of Sindh are still home to some small but largely Hindu communities. Ethnically, it's inhabited by Sindhis, and some Baloch. Except in Karachi, where you would find descendants of 1947 migrants from India and virtually all ethnic groups from the rest of Pakistan.

Sindhi culture/music is not at all in the mainstream of Pakistan. Our music industry is largely dominated by Punjabi and Urdu performers and their songs. Previous coke studio seasons will also reflect that. Sindhi language music and artistes are only contained in the interior of Sindh. Tharparker is the region of Sindh that is highlighted in this song. These desert people of Sindh have a rich colourful sub-culture of their own. That and their lore is explored in this song's lyrics and visuals.
