I sugest a modern car park : underground car park to save space, with automatic credit card payment or cash machine. ❤😊❤ Cudos to honorable Dr. Alex Otti of Abia state. Well done Sir.

Allowing cars to park in front of the mall is very wrong. It is going to consume space, thereby undermining the beauty of this mall. There should be a space for a modern car park where all cars should be parked.

Still building for now there's car park but only one for now but will be still constructing even the old site will be demolished

Correct sir, no cars in front of stores or shops bad for business and cleanness. Developers do the right thing and have a parking lot.

If at all okezie tried at least Otti would've completed the project, but at this time Otti is starting from scratch renovating all the shops in Ariaria na today? Well I pray for more strength to our Able governor 🙌

Even with the new structure, people are still displaying their goods along passage ways indiscriminately. Our people are very competitive. orientation is needed for the people to be well behaved.

Seeing the flooded parts is unpleasant. I hope a central drainage system was factored in the design of the ultramodern Market complex?
@chukschuks50697 ай бұрын
why are some people suggesting underground parking that would entail digging far below to attain the required depth? it would be more cost-effective and easier to construct a multi-level car park of say 4 or 5 stories high, which could contain hundreds of cars at a go and pay for itself within just a few years.

@kepukeputv, thanks so much for your unlimitless and tireless sacrifice and commitments in promoting the wonders going on in your beloved state. Given the short coming of this one and only superlative international market as observed by the first two viewers and commentators, which can easily be corrected,the new Ariaria ultra international modern shopping mall/market still remains uniquely iconic and a wonder to the world. God bless Abia state people and his servant sent Governor.

Looking good. Please there must be fire and emergency service with steady water supply in case of the unexpected. They should also make it compulsory for the shop owners to have insurance policy.

I hope they will provide food court and good toilet rooms

Very informative and a good way for people outside of the state to see the development going. One thing you should work on is "keeping your wording simple". Yes, you might want to show a broad vocabulary usage but many times you end up confusing the watchers by the wrong usage of it and that hampers the aim of communication. It's a "modern market" no doubt, but the use of ultra-modern and international is not needed. Other countries coming there to get products already make it "international", it's not in the name! The same thing was done to Enyimba FC calling it Int'l, forgetting that once you go outside your shores, you are Int'l and it mustn't be written literally. Good coverage in all. Keep it up!
