The ecoline markers have reversible nibs so when it you need you can flip the nib. Also the top screws off and you can refill them so they are a great tool.

Love to hear this, thanks for commenting! As I said in the video, although I'm not a huge marker fan, I can appreciate a good brush tip, and I think these ones are pretty good!

Hullo Gem, thanks for sharing your thoughts on this Upcrate Box! I have enjoyed using the Royal Talens products and their student or VanGoth line of paints are much better than most student lines of supplies! I have several of the watercolor paint colors and just a couple of the Econoline inks and markers. Thank you for sharing your time and experience with us!

The "magic" prompt plus the colour palette makes me think of a rabbit: coming out of a magician's hat, and the Easter bunny with pastel eggs. Not sure how I'd put that together in a piece though...

I've stopped my upcrate subscription, so this is the first box I don't have in a while 😅 my brain is a little bit in the "fear of missing out" mode, but to be honest, I haven't missed much in regards to the materials, have I? I do like the colors of the markers though, those are super pretty! I agree with the prompt issue too.. it's a bit meh 😄 thanks for the unboxing, Gem-Gem

I got stuck waiting for a micron to dry enough to paint over for a full 24 hours. I don't remember what size I was using but it was probably one of the bigger ones.

Strangely enough I had the same problem with the micron pen smudging on this paper. That's not happened to me before and I'm usually a huge advocate for the 'draw first, colour in like a colouring book after' technique.

Oh, I didn’t think the Micron would smudge. It was pure luck that this time I did my linework first with the grey - because of the yellow acrylic... Then I couloured it and at last I put the lines at last … 😅
