I hope you enjoyed watching this video. This was my first attempt at building a headless guitar. It is actually much the same as standard guitar build. The only difference is planning the build.
I am not completely satisfied with the end results. There is some color bleed into the pores of ash wood so the border lines on the top are not as clean as I wanted them to be.
It is only an aesthetic issue but I cannot sell this guitar for its full price because of it.

Thanks. The black material is a maple veneer that skateboard builders use and the powder is aluminium dust.

Thanks man! It very much depends on the material. I haven't tested it to the extremes yet but I managed to cut 5mm walnut in few passes. I think I will be using it a lot for my builds.

On a neck pickup, not only are measurements more accurate, but the harmonics and harmonics match the true tone exactly. All scale adjustments should be made precisely and only on a neck pickup. Your guitar does not have a neck pickup. Well, the second.
