@@23rdwardBo no Hogoromo and Hamura kids gave birth to ninshu. Sage power and chakra are two different things. Sage use nature energy. It's been explained sage power can't be absorbed by the Otsutski. Only chakra based techniques. Which is how Kashin Koji defeated Jigan.

​@jbuggyboy1 Right, but that doesn't explain why they were immediately able to teach normal people "Ninshu" unless everyone already has inborn chakra which is also implied by the Tree 🌳 because unless everyone and everything had "chakra" and "nature energy" and "nature energy" is more or less equivalent to "chakra" just on a different spectrum and just like how "chakra" is made of Yin and Yang ☯️ like positive and negative charges neutralizing one another the same rule appears to apply to the use of "Senjutsu Chakra" and nature energy's relationship with regular chakra through Sage Training or a Cursed Seal/Jugo's Clan's Kekkei Genkai one must also balance the "nature energy" with their inborn chakra like positive+negative=nuetral. Nature energy seems similar to "Genki" in DragonBall where it's actually different from "Ki" which can be equalized with "chakra". "Ki" or "chakra" is one's own inborn life energy etc. Whereas "Genki/Nature Energy" are the pure life energy of other people and living organisms either borrowed, gifted or both or in the case of the Narutoverse learning to control passive absorption and in both cases both the use of "Senjutsu Chakra" or "Sage Jutsu" as well as "Genki" based techniques such as the Genkidama/Spirit Bomb and related techniques (using it as a sword or absorbing the spirit bomb into one's body) or the Soul Punisher seem to have unique properties such as being able to damage otherwise invincible enemies as well as causing permanent damage to those whom otherwise cannot be permanently damaged or wounded by conventional means such as Majinn and Edo Tensei reincarnates. There would he no reason to plant the Tree to absorb all of the earth's and it's inhabitant's chakra and the people would be unable to learn "Ninshu" if they didn't already have "chakra".

To awaken the rinnegan you must have both ashura and indra’s blood and posses the mangekyo sharingan. Hagoromo does ultimately obtain the mangekyou sharingan after killing his brother before reviving him. This is why it skips it ultimately give him the rinnegan
