SRIMANTA MUKHERJEE please watch all previous locality reviews done in Gurgaon. Also, you are looking for something in affordable price. If you can mention your budget, would be able to guide you well. However, if you are looking for property under Rs 30 Lakh, then there are many projects under PMAY scheme under that budget, but are only available on allotment basis.

A 2bhk in these location starts from cost 70 lakh and above. are lot of projects that are being developed under PMAY scheme. But those are only provided on allotment basis. Check those out!
