Modern Horizons 3 Limited Set Review: Blue | Magic: The Gathering

I believe that blue has a very good shot at being the best color in Modern Horizons 3 limited as the quality of the commons look absolutely ridiculous. We have multiple commons that could be B level cards along with an A level uncommon! Let's draw all the cards and counter all the spells!
