Although the handling is excellent, I think that from the time the cheat is made until the final disclosure, the time that elapses is excessive, making the initial situation and final situation difficult in the memory of the spectator.

It’s smooth... but it’s lending way too much weight to it. A stronger effect would have been achieved by throwing all 52 cards on the floor while shouting “FIND IT YOURSELF, YOU IDIOT!”. That would truly be a moment to remember.

For a start read the Fitzkee trilogy and apply it to this trick. There's something really fundamental mentioned in those books and most other basic magic texts that he doesn't do here and it cheats the trick out of its impact.
@elliotgerrard44707 жыл бұрын
Charles Brewer I believe you are completely wrong about what you are saying. I know everyone has a different opinion but you need to respect how hard hitting his effects are. He absolutely blows audiences away with his material so I don't see what is wrong about not sticking to the classics. I feel like you are a magician of the older generation and you are too stuck in your ways to not realise that there is a new generation that is growing who don't constantly do ambitious card at every gig.

Bad presentation. Fitzkee quite rightly says any ‘change’ should have a limited time between seeing the old and the new....this has loads of unnecessary waffle in their that detracts from the effect of the change. This is how not to do it.,
