Easy trick to work out. Back of cabinet opens where there are no swords. Both girls have plenty of time to swap places as 2nd girl was behind wheeled curtain all along. Magician went behind curtain and stayed there until they wheeled it back to side of stage where he ran round to go down aisle at front of stage

I had a deck of card like that, narrower on one end, when holding deck, card taken from deck is put back in, but one holding deck turns deck around and card goes in with narrow end sliding in and wider end, so it is easy to slide card out of deck. You can buy that deck at any magic shop

Actually, most people watch the stage and don't notice. The entire trick relies on the drama of the box switch and the swords taking everyone's attention. Although if you look at the woman directly behind him, she is obviously unimpressed because she saw the switch.
