I have five QET class Samsung TVs. I simply want to create and push content to all five TVs. A Samsung rep told me that MagicLite would allow me to do this. Questions: Can I create and push content via Mac? Do I need to connect all five TVs via an ethernet connection or can I push content via WiFi?

Hi John, I believe we are already in contact through email. But to answer you question, yes this is possible either through the cloud version of MagicINFO or by logging in with your Mac on the windows installation that runs MagicINFO. MagicINFO has to be installed on Windows.

Hi. Very interesting content on your chanel. Could you please answer specific question. I have a small v8 server running with few premium licences with expired maintanance licences already year ago. Is it possible to return premium licences in MIv8, then install a clean installation of MI v9 and then activate these premium licences without active maintanance licence. Or there should be active maintanance licences even if I do not upgrade directly. Thanks in advance.

Hi Martin, This is unfortunately not possible since the licenses were activated on an older server already. A maintenance license will still be needed in order to continue with the licenses. You can send an email to [e-mail] and we can help you from there.

Hi Hikmat, yes this is possible. We advise you to backup your installation before upgrading. Also, please get in touch with your license vendor in case you have any Premium licenses activated. They need to be converted to a newer type.

Hi Venkatesh, the ports that MagicINFO uses are 7001 for non-SSL and 7002 for SSL connections. Does this answer your question?
