A key point is said in 4:15 : You'd better not to put pizza on a cool baking pan. It's better that heat from the below than the above. If heat comes from the above, when pizza bread is cooked, the topping would be overcooked. If you lower temperature and prolong baking time, the bread would be too hard to bite. I've tried to cook pizza myself before finding this video, and I failed just like this. The bread was hard like a stone. I've learned from other channels that putting pizza on a pre-heat pan is the right way. Only this channel explain why to do so (sadly this very educational part has no English subtitles in the video). Many thanks to you, Miss Gao!

We are stuck in lockdown. Thank you very much for this 🙏 I tried this today and we made 2 pieces after 2 hours of resting the dough, leaving the rest of the dough in the fridge for tomorrow. We topped with anything available in our fridge. No stone, but they came out pretty well and the kids really loved them.

As an Italian fan of your channel I smile watching you preparing Italian receipts! To be precise, pizza margherita does't have parmesan on it, but it's also true that, in addition to the classic ones (margherita, marinara, quattro formaggi, capricciosa, etc.), almost every pizza restaurant in Italy invents its own kinds of pizza, so just do margherita with cheese if you like.

People from her home town are experts with dough, wheat is their main staple.
Unbelievable result. So far the best result, out of many youtube pizza videos i have tried. Pretty easy too. Quick baking time too which is good if have small oven, as i made 8 small pizzas. You truly have solid understanding of all these things.
Props to her, it took me more than dozens of trials before I could reach the same stage that she’s in right now. Can’t even imagine the number of pizzas she had to dump or consume to make this video
