This video is so fascinating. I really appreciate when you go into the science of these everyday foods. I’m sure it takes a lot of time, but the outcome is phenomenal.

Your bowl, dowel, frying pan, and everything else have become so iconic. I would know your video even if the sound was muted and the title was hidden. Your wooden bowl is so pretty.

I was wondering where she bought that wooden bowl. It looks perfectly seasoned (mineral oils), and smooth to touch!

@@mwang7150 , Yesterday, I went to Whole Foods, and found a wooden bowl large enough to mix dough. It is in the spice section at Greenwich and Murray Streets, NYC, NY. You can also go to JK Adams.com. They have handcrafted items that you will love! I bought the pastry board. It is made from several types of wood, looks beautiful, and only needs mineral oil.

I saw a wooden bowl at Whole Foods, at Greenwich and Murray St., NYC, NY. Also, check out JK Adams.com they have specialty items for baking needs. (for example, the precision dowel for rolling out dough to 1/8" thickness, etc), or the Ultimate Pastry Board.

@@littlechef9968 Thanks, Little Chef. I just subscribed to your fun videos.
Your video has helped me to better understand the ratio of dough making. Ever since I get to know you through your KZbin channel, I enjoy making bread because it's effortless. Keep it up 小高姐 ^.^
Thank you for this video! It is one of the easiest to understand the ratios and how each ingredient affects different doughs. This is a perfect beginner lesson to understand the basics and start to learn how to experiment for different outcomes. This helps me so much!!
