@@InsanoRider777 it's true. this set seems the most like Magic The Gathering of many recent and the stupid car racing set we're getting after Duskmourne, and the people in charge seem intent on killing this one with numbers. Some of the cards in the set seem abnormally not pushed like many cards have been recently, and they put this trailer in a discussion video about the set which will probably enable some corporate paper pusher to point at the views on this video and go "the animation budget wasn't worth it" or people want modern real world like doctor who, not high fantasy animated stuff, meanwhile Doctor Who gets super pushed cards i reluctantly add to decks while begrudgingly lamenting the flavor incompatibility. This kind of BS happens in Capitalism all the time. Just look at Final Fantasy VIII vs FFIX. 8 made more money in sales so they started going that way, but IX is way more beloved. See VIII made sales because VII was great, then nobody came back for IX because VIII was trash(by comparison, still has some really great stuff in it to be sure). Disney also killed Treasure planet in it's crib with lackluster promotion, and I can't think of any other reason for them to debut duskmourne BEFORE Bloomburrow unless somebody with power at WOTC is INTENTIONALLY trying to skew the numbers to put it down. They sent the pinkertons after somebody for hurting their promotional hype schedule in the past, and now suddenly they intentionally do it themselves? I smell BS.

I’ve been on the hunt for games that embody Redwall and medieval fantasy with little critters like this, and Wildlands is a pay-what-you-want rpg system that’s EXACTLY like this, i love it (And since you can get it for free don’t just think of this as free advertising lol, I just love little critter worlds so much

I just...I love this so much! There are many layers to why I do, but I think I can sum it up...more or less like this... This set is adorable. It is cute. It evokes that cozy feeling you get when watching your favorite childhood cartoon. That's the surface of it all. But when you start digging and you see the world for what it really is, you see that even here in this idyllic looking place, there is conflict. There are dangers and there are monsters that threaten the lives of those who reside here. Some are malicious and evil while others are just primal forces of destruction. That doesn't undercut the charm, but rather it is amplified. Through acts of courage, kindness, and solidarity, these denizens of Bloomburrow can stand together against these monsters that would destroy their perfect little world. They have to fight to keep it as it is. And that struggle makes it all the more compelling. It makes me want to see them, such as this brave little mouse, succeed. Sometimes you have to fight to protect what you love and you have to defend your hearth and home from monsters who would knowingly or unknowingly destroy it. THAT is what I find draws me to Bloomburrow; the charm and coziness of the setting, amplified by the struggles that these creatures face in order to keep it that way! Ramble over. Great trailer! Looking forward to the set and playing with it.
