Minimum wage is mandated by law but there are exemptions and those are the following : 1. Distressed establishments 2. Establishment with less than 3 million asset 3. Retail/service establishment employing not 10 workers 4. Establishments adversely affected by natural calamities 5. Micro and small indigenous exporters. Yes,, P50 is a very low if you compare it to the minimum wage. However, the work to be done in feeding the hens, give water to the hens and collect the eggs of 200 hens will not take you 1 hour to do all those things. Compared to the P282 (agriculture region 1) which is 8 hours of work... Its just my opinion to give P50 anyway. You can give more than that or even the minimum wage If you are generous enough...😊👍

If you don’t agree that it can be done within one hour. how many hours in one day U will need just to feed, refill the water and collect the eggs?

Well done video - right now we are doing native manok in Palawan - we are selling chicks - and broiler later we will add white leghorn for egg and broiler - have been doing hens hatching them but ordered incubator so we can have larger hatch rate - my brother in law is the manok King - he does it all - cages - buildings - free range area day time - keep your videos coming we love them

About Php 50 labor that is not an 8 hours work, u cannot even consume 1 hour in 1 day to feed, refill the water and collect the eggs. It is not also covered by minimum wage law, maybe u should take time to read about Brgy micro business enterprise (BMBE) But if u are generous enough u may gave them the minimum wage and include free meal sa well. I haven’t said in the video that in the 1st few weeks u can get 85% egg production. U missed what I said in that video maybe because u did not watched it closely. The 85% egg production we used is based on average from the start of laying eggs until culling. With regard to the php10 electricity, 1st of all I said in the video that 200 heads is ready to lay hens which is worth 340/head I did not mentioned in the video about buying chicks so I don’t 100 watts, what I need for the rtl hens is only one LED light (6watts) at the center of the cage for 200 heads. The lighting program is 8-12 hours a day that 10 pesos I allocated is even more than the actual consumption. U may consult a license electrician if u are still doubting. All opinions are welcome. But please, before making an opinion, please please please watch the video completely so that u will not look 👎 👎👎
