"Liza was married at an early age, with a jobless husband, Mike, their family survives through the support of what her sister gives her. Cita, Liza's sister, is a well renowned doctor who has everything, so giving support to her sister and her family is nothing for her, she even bought them a house across theirs so that their families could spend the years with each other.
Liza and Mike has two kids, Marco and Miguel while Cita and her husband Bobby has one named Justin. Tragedy struck when Cita's only son Justin and Liza's son Marco drowned on a trip. Cita blamed Liza for the accident because she failed to keep her word of taking care of her son. Not knowing how to deal with the accident, Cita's life slowly fell apart; her husband left her and her relationship with her sister only worsened.
Liza, with a broken relationship with their family supporter, struggles on how to keep her family alive. Eventually her son got sick and in order to keep her son alive, she agreed with the deal to let her sister keep his son in exchange for the one Cita lost.
In the end, the sisters reconciled and resolved the past that pushed them apart of each other."

Christopher De Leon's character here is very UNDERRATED. Ang ganda ng pagkadeliver niya doon sa scene between Bobby and Cita where he said he can live without a child and money but he can't live without his wife. It made me realize yung mga advised ng mga nakakatanda that you should love your partner more (or a little bit more) than your children because when the day comes that your children goes leave and cleave kayo nalang dalawa maiiwan and it goes also during a situation like this. This should be a good reminder to young married couples out there that you are both a Husband and Wife to each other FIRST before a PARENT. kayo ang magkaramay at magkakampi dapat una sa lahat. To Mothers and Wife out there, losing a child is indeed very tragic, because of that connection between a mother and child. But I guess what mothers forget is that their child is not theirs, and they have to let them go and explore the world one day. Losing a partner is as tragic and painful as well. (lalo na kapag ganitong klase ang partner haha)

This is so touching...I got teary eyes watching the dramma scenarios...It's really tough and painful to lose a child..I saw it from my Sis in Law and Brother who lost their child only fiver years old..Grace.....and my Sister Linda who was just 22 years young...My Late Mom later confessed to my eldest Ssiter..that to lose a Child is was more painful than to lose a husband:-( I miss them so much.........May God rest their souls...
