👍👍👍 Tskolateng binatirol with thick carabao's milk on the side. It is served steaming hot but the climate there is cool. Then you can ask for pan de sal and your choice of things to put in it. Butter, jam etc... People in the provinces are very generous. That is normal. Might be the grandma or grandpa cooking in the kitchen was reminded of their children or grandchildren when they saw you. Don't forget the Kapeng Barako. The coffee there is very good. Sunset there in Tagaytay is spectacular. Sadly the vibrant hues cannot be captured by cameras but it is better than nothing. Bring an extra jacket just in case. Around 5-6 cold breeze usually blows in.

Please next time, if you have Filipino friend, please bring 1 or let them teach you or guide you how to eat Filipino food so you will appreciate the food more better. Because Filipino food needs a mixed and some condiments on it to have a better taste.
