As soon as i found out there was a Mars expansion coming out, that was the icing on the cake. Now, Maglev Metro is busy and it has very complex scoring, and its generally a bit of a brain melter. But its in a real sweet spot for me in terms of the complexity and the puzzle it presents. Great game and one i've added to my permanent collection.

It was a fine game, but I agree with your comment on the color choice. The bronze and gold meeples made it especially colorblind un-friendly and left me a bit soured.

Yeah, i have really good colour vision and it was a chore for me. So anyone with any form of vision impairment is potentially going to struggle here. It really is just a bad smell that hangs around an otherwise excellent game for me.

@@3MBG apparently the expansion box comes with screen printed meeples to replace the core box ones. Of course that doesnt help the stations.
