I would not have figured it out by the terrible instructions. This video is perfect!!

Assembled mine today, directions were subpar and seemed to have been made by someone who assumed you knew interim steps… between this video, the directions and some trial and error finally got it assembled luckily the hand truck is of better quality than the instructions

Instructions were easy enough for the basic hand truck i bought. I knew i put it together right but couldn't understand how i had two leftover fat washers but it explains in this vid. Hopefully this serves me well.

Hi Vp sh, We are sorry to hear that you had a difficult time assembling your Magliner. Typical assembly should require only one person. We would like to hear more about the issues you were having. Please email customerservice@magliner and we will see if we can offer any additional support.

1/4" and 5/16" bolts don't seem to relate to the size of the wrench needed for tightening the nuts. Would naming them 7/16" and 1/2" for the nut sizes be more consistent?
@MaglineInc2 жыл бұрын
By 1/4"-20, that refers to the diameter of the bolt shaft (1/4") and threads per inch (20). By 5/16"-18, the bolt shaft diameter is 5/16" and there are 18 threads per inch.

Which one is particularly better for going up and down stairs, 8” or 10” wheels?
@MaglineInc2 жыл бұрын
Hello, it depends if you are using the hand truck with or without C5 Stair Climbers, which we recommend if you will be navigating stairs often. With C5 stair climbers, the hand truck rests on the C5s, not the tires, when in use on stairs.

Could you create a video for a Magliner that holds five 5 gallon water bottles?

Why aint my nose plate flush to the ground
@MaglineInc4 жыл бұрын
Sometimes this happens when the hand truck is assembled with the axle in the incorrect position in the wheel bracket. If that is not the case, please send photos to customerservice@magliner.com and we'd be happy to take a look!

@@MaglineInc i figure out out thanks tho
@notablediscomfort3 жыл бұрын
I've found, at least where I work, having the plate flush with the ground is actually a profound disadvantage. We use these things to pick up hundreds of stacks about 8 feet high, on a daily basis, and something about the plate being mounted higher makes it easier to shove the plate up under stacks. It works for us because we don't need to be delicate with the containers though so take this with a grain of salt.

mine didnt come with directions only for the brake assembly which is still very vague! smfh🙄, there is 2 small square plates also that I have yet to figure out where they go or what they are for, its like you need a freakin degree to put this shit together, very ridiculous

Thank you for your honest feedback. The Paddle Brake Truck is a product slated for an assembly video; we understand it didn't help in your case but it will be a video added in the future.

To see what wheels you have, read the SKU part # on the tires (e.g. #131010) and then visit: www.magliner.com/comparative-wheel-data-link to find out details under that wheel SKU number. In the video the wheels are referred to as 1080, 1075, 1070, 850, etc but you can also get those numbers from stripping off the first two leading digits of the SKU #. For example, my 131010 wheels were "1010", so they belong to "other" as far as washer spacings go.
@MaglineInc2 жыл бұрын
Yes, the 131010 is part of the "other" wheel category.
