Hi Magna, another awesome video! I have to ask, you are a years and years experienced salsa dancer. For those who love the salsa dance but constantly sweat three or four songs into dancing, what can you recommend? The worst thing is to want to continue dancing but afraid because of sweat and BO.

Thanks for the comment and the question. I actually sweat quite a bit and so does Terry. You can always bring an extra change of clothes and deodorant/cologne/perfume if it's a concern of yours. Or you could take a break between dances to cool off. I'm a hot mess but it usually doesn't interfere with my dancing aside from me looking like a train wreck. lol

"The musicality kind and the spin goddess" I read it on some blog a while ago, and It suits you perfectly! But when you dance together your perfection regarding your specialty is too much it seems like the connection is weak. Both try to show special moves and forgot about the communication and you being difficult to lead for Terry, missed some really wow musicality moments that would have been executed perfectly. But I like it;) and work on your solo. Cheers!

@@magnagopal just to be clear, I am not hating! Amazing dancing I love watching Terry dance with anyone! I am more biased to the NY mambo on2 curriculum, that is what "salsa" looks like to me. With that said, dance is meant for creative expression and the fact that I took the time to comment that was pretty silly lol I just missed your workshop in Boston!

Lol I like the introspection. And yeah, I know I break a lot of the rules when it comes to what "salsa" is supposed to look like, but as you pointed out, for me, it's all about expressing what I feel as authentically and connected as possible. Sorry you missed the workshop! Next time!! 😊
