fire. You're on a roll Matty. My main questions is on these edits how much are they editing on s single timeline before making a fresh project. Having anything over 10 minutes has to be too CPU intensive. Your thoughts?

You shouldn't really be editing more than 20 or even 10 seconds in after effects. So 1 minutes worth of AE should be split into about 5 separate AE comps or project files

Love the videos. My question can you make a video on how you setup projects. Say for example your making a 3 min video, how you would setup the first section (first 10-20 seconds) then into next section etc.

As long as you use basic transitions every 10 or 20 seconds you can export your 10 second AE clips 1 at a time and line them up in premiere pro. AE isn't built for editing long clips, it should only be used to create very short animations

I didnt get the flag bit. You make the inital flag and its paper effect matte underneath andrew but over the text and overlay. Cant you just use two of the flag animations, one beneath andrew and one with an over trackmatt of andrew? Your method got me a bit confusing as the layers are already there and the voice over is on a different pace to follow it. Thanks for the video though! Keep them coming!
