It's not MagSafe but I have an el cheapo wallet magnet for my iPhone and the idea is definitely there but I only feel safe keeping gift cards in it in case it ever pops off. There is a ton of potential in phone magnets. Imagine official Apple backplates for your phone so you dont have to rock a case..or an SD card reader since those have gone away almost completely now. I agree I'd love to see where they go with this
