We know that tissue is made of many cell.xylem tissue transport water and mineral to leaves so they need energy .in plant carbohydrates synthesis in leaves . Food material that are synthesis in plant tranport by pholem tube . Therefore xylem tiisue connected with pholem tube to get energy to live the plant
