Kiun k jo un saturates hotay h y do bond banatay sigma and pai bond and this pai bond is weak so when it break it reacts with annother having ability to add up an atom so that is why Another reason iis that saturated means alkane is also known as parafin para means less and affins means affinity or reactivity so this is less reactive❤️hope u will understand it😇

Sir you said that carbon can form bind taking three hydrogen atom and one carbon atom... Then my confusion is if forms three H and 1 carbon atom means 4 electron of carbon than how will it settled what about of remaining 3 electrons of other Carbon atom

3 Hydrogen atoms will share electrons with other 3 Carbon atoms which you mentioned. It will form another compound Take a look at this: H H H------ C ----- C -----H H H This compound is known as ETHANE. Have a nice day :)
