Peasent...it refers to those who worked in agriculture as a labour in lower hiercharcy . Workers ..these are people who worked physical work as labour. Farmers...these are the people who work in their farmland . Lot of movement done by peasent are ... Deccan movement in 1857 ..in 1861 due to civil war in America .the cotton which transported to britishers became curtailed due to this from Manchester .so India peasent started to cultivated cotton even moneylender provides lot of loan to peasent for this due to their benifits but when condition became good in Manchester so the cotton production of India banished so money lender demanding their loan back even not given money as a loan to peasent . In Bengal like something 1861...peasent against the ryotwaei system in which revenue fixed for zamindar to takes which so much high amount . Mahatma Gandhi do lot of movement like champaran movement in Bihar in 1917 and 1918 against indigo when Germany develop synthetic indigo then the cultivation of indigo no use for britishers so they demanded revenue for that . In bardoli movement in 1928 . Many movement also happened like Bihar provinces kisan sebha . Kisan sebha . New farmer movement in Punjab and haryana about the crop ralte etc on which rate crop sale etc . Thank you..!!!
