Mountains are not rich of water because they have such a unique shape that causes all the water to slide over the mountains, that's why we see the rivers coming out from the mountain from the glaciers

Because of Dihang george, as when a river cuts and flows through between two mountains or hills, it forms a sharp bending of the mountain.. Here it’s the Himalayas.. Thus forming the Purvanchal range!
