I was into Ladybaby, especially this version. They had it all by this point. The singing, the rapping, the screaming and a full band called "The Chaos". Unfortunately, it didn't last long. I started following Passcode after Emily joined them. Rie, the leader in Ladybaby with long dark hair went on to a solo project called Ilie and has recently rejoined Rei, the original member of Ladybaby to create a side project called REIRIE. They haven't produced anything at this point. The two of them will be involved in reproducing a new Ladybaby with all new members in the future. Starless Sky was the first song from this version of Ladybaby.

Man, both PassCode and Ladybaby were in my requested list for two whole months, I kind of wish i picked the requests randomly insead of going down the list in the order i got them. I really do like these two bands.

Didn't know Rei and Rie were back together. Looking forward for them getting back to Ladybaby because I really miss them so much, because they're the idol face of Ladybaby 🤘

OK, so you found Ladybaby. And they were such an amazing band. Now go find BRATS. Rei, a former singer for Ladybaby from 2015-2017, formed the band with her sister when they were young, around 2011. During a break to find their sound, Rei joined Ladybaby for a couple years. BRATS came back afterwards dropping the idol image to more hard rock. Obviously Ladybaby had an affect on what she wanted to do with her own band. I suggest "Kimarigoto" or "Toge". Great songs.

I little trivia for Rie the vocalist/leader of Ladybaby, she has a Filipino blood because I heard her mother is a Filipino.. For me though I like Arima (Screamer) to be in Ladybaby, she really fits in Ladybaby's songs.

This is the third iteration of Ladybaby. Ladybaby 1.0 was either put together or funded by, I don't have a concrete answer on this, by the Ministry of Tourism. This was the version that had Ladybeard and did Nippon Manju as a joke since even when funded by a ministry most music acts have fun with the material they have to produce. Nippon Manju is where most people start with Ladybaby but it's nice to see you starting here. Ladybaby 2.0 was when Ladybeard was no longer in the group and it and only Rie and Rei were left. They changed the name to The Artist Formerly Known as Ladybaby. After Rei left Rie and the manager SMD created this version of Ladybaby. This is where a lot of comparisons to PassCode come into play. This is mostly because before Nemophila broke onto the scene the most popular group with a female harsh vocalist was PassCode. This version went on 'hiatus' back in early 2020. They only called it quits since the group ran out of cash and couldn't continue not because of any personality or creative difficulties. This is what allowed Emily to be free to join PassCode in 2021 after Yuna retired. SMD is currently resurrecting the group with permission of the previous members with the help of the idol management group imaginate since the popularity has only increased through the years.

Ladybaby is pretty damn good. My favourite from them is Misogi Island, but I don't really dislike any of their songs. Bite Me is very good, Easter Bunny is great, Pelo is good.
