The extra weight on a metall frame can be supporting in accuracy

Yes, 100%! It can also be detrimental as well if shooting for a long time and your arm gets tired. 🤣

It is still fun to shoot Steel Ammo as well. The Clay is great for when you are not someplace with a catchbox.
