Now you just need a self resetting weighted cam that will push the marble back to reload it!

The energy to reset the cam has to be added manually somehow at some point in each cycle. The weight necessary to break the magnetic bond between marble and magnet would be considerable, and would then itself become a barrier preventing the kickback mechanism from activating the next time. There’s no free lunch here. You can never get more energy out of the magnetic apparatus than was originally put in. There are many ways to store energy, but they all require a means to load the expended energy back into the system.
