I WANT MAKE A ROUGH CLAMP STAND I THINK THIS TECHNIQUE WILL WORK BUT I HAVE A QUERY THAT , I HAVE TO USE A PEN REFILL/CAPILLARY TUBE IN PLACE OF THE SAMLL SKEWER WILL IT WORK ?

I tried this but it is not rotating please help me out

If your pen's tip is in the foam it will not rotate, remove the pen and put on foam and rotate carefully and do it slow
