It's the essence, the Soul or spiritual essence held by the body that you address and only responds at will. I am out of the picture. All I do is notice.

Hi again, in the description when you say we should wait a certain amount of time for integration, does that mean we shouldn’t listen to any other sessions until this one is integrated? Thank you.

You can listen to as many Meditations as guided. The Integration Time for each Meditation will be managed by your Spirit. More Meditations means more to integrate. You can't meditate too much though, follow your Guidance. 💖🙏
