Lots of synchronisities, repeating numbers, intensify. Processes in the body - in chakras, fire flowing through the body, especially in meditation, yoga, pranatama. Sometimes cold. Once in meditation my legs started itching so strongly :)) up to knees. I read that energy channels were blocked and it means they were clearing.

Yes, I've been experiencing severe stomach cramps. I thought I had developed IBS. It's been aweful, and all started recently. My diet has also changed. Things I used to crave, I am now repulsed by and now craving healthier foods. I've also developed lactose intolerance. Everything you speak of is happening to me.

Wow - so many connections to this video. A girlfriend from childhood (60 years) called me a few weeks ago to tell me she needed to weed me out of her life - that she was getting negative vibes from me. I was so comfortable with her statement and have been ever since our call. I honor her feelings. I also have been drained physically for the past several days. I have lived in spiritual awakening much of my life, unconscious of it. Long ago I was able to see through the matrix fed by society and schools and rejected it all. This began my spiritual journey and I never regretted it or apologized for it, I just had no use for the artificial nature of all that society sought to feed me and slammed the door on it all. I have been experiencing all these signs, however I still doubt and wonder. The obsessive feelings are a natural part of the journey I found that meditation helps as well as going within and working on yourself I know this all sounds easy but it does help and with time when you realize this is a journey about you and not them the obsessive feelings will subside a little the love you feel will always be there and know they love you even when they dont express it have faith that everything will work out.
