Magneto Glider Longboard Collection

The Glider longboards feature very large 100mm x 25mm urethane wheels. How do the 100mm wheels carve? I'd love to make one of these gliders my daily commuter, but im afraid I'd run through wheels. Any help?

Saw one once that had the tucks mounted upside down on too of the board with big scooter wheels.

Can you change the wheels out if you wear them out, or end up just not into them?
