NURBANO DID NOT RESPECT THA LAST WISH OF HURREN . SHE WANTED TO BE BURY WITH THAT GREEN RING ON HER HAND, BUT NURBANO STOLE IT from her. NURBANO was Sophia mother in law , she GAVE IT TO Sophia. Suieleman made it for Hurren. It was a gift for Hurren ,a special sultan for Suieleman .

Actually, the correct spelling of Sophia's name is Safiye. Also, the Sultan's name is spelled Suleiman and Hurrem is the correct spelling of his wife.

Wrong generation lived ...only zezade Selim left the great coward and non sence he killed bayezed supposed to be he was the next set in the throne ....but selim did it to get the throne and manage by Nurbano so this is the generation of Selim For me Suleiman is a great king in the dynasty

Crazy how the ottoman empire was built on religion but here they seem to disregard and ignore the teachings and morals of islam. Even when kosem had turned to islam and shaykh ul islam had given her the most important points to live islamically, he hadnt mentioned salah. This series is based on nationalism more than Religious or historical teachings.

Yes the new Kosem came a few episodes back. Not too sure exactly why but glad though. Was never a fan of Nasia and the new Kosem is spot on for the role. Nasia was too fragile and the princess like to have played this character

When watching this series, it's clear the Sultanas, each attempting to grab power and over through the Sultan was in the way of peace. Realizing, this is fiction, it still looks like what's happening in government's, including the US, where women have invaded and are scraping for power. The countries where men are at the helm have way less chaos.

Hurrem had a conscience. It's not that she didn't have one. She just played the game of survival that is all. If anything, she was perhaps selfish in that she thought about her and her children, mostly about her children first and foremost. Always.
